The Lady Tiger softball team was in Milan Monday to face the Wildcats. The game turned out to be a low-scoring nail-biter. Milan pushed across a single run in the first and Brashear answered with a run of their own in the 3rd. Although both teams managed to get runners on base, the pitching and defense was just too good to allow those runners to score. Finally in the bottom of the 7th, Milan got back to back hits to score the winning run in a 2-1 victory. Alexa Higgins had 3 hits for Brashear, Harli Mihalovich had 2, and Tanna Garlock, Aubrey Bleything, Hannah Reeves, Averi Acton, and Hannah Grissom also had hits. Averi Acton took the loss, striking out 5 while going the distance on the mound.
